Important Notes

Payment & Validity

1) Counselling Sessions: payment for a session is to be collected within 24 hours from the end of each session. For this an invoice will be sent by email and/or WhatsApp. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayNow (available in Singapore only).

2) Counselling (or Coaching) Plans/Packs: if you are purchasing one of our Counselling (or Coaching) Plans/Packs (to enjoy discounts on the fee of sessions), please note that full advance payment for these is to be made at the time of purchase of the Counselling (or Coaching) Plan/Pack(s). Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayNow (available in Singapore only). No refund will be provided for non-usage of all or some of the sessions in a Pack/Plan. A Plan/Pack is valid for 6 months: this means that sessions must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase of a Plan/Pack, after which unused sessions will expire.

3) For Couples Counselling, the maximum number of persons per couple is 2.

4) All stated Fees are for our default delivery mode: Private Face-to-Face Video (F2F-Video) Sessions.

5) All Fees and Plans/Packs include GST/VAT (as and when applicable).
