Private Face-to-Face Video (F2F-Video) Counselling Sessions

To enable us to keep our Mental Wellbeing Counselling services very affordable and very convenient for everybody, all our Counselling Sessions are delivered online by our counsellors, in the form of Private Face-to-Face Video (F2F-Video) Sessions.
This way, you are able to talk to your counsellor Face-to-Face, via online Video, whenever you want, from any convenient place for you: be it from your study at home, your bedroom, your private office or any other private place you are comfortable with. Saves you travel time and money.
For this we use a secure online video platform called Zoom. It is one of the best and most well-known platforms in the world.
It's Super Easy & Simple: Just Click, Launch and Talk
On the day of your appointment you will receive a private and unique link/URL by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Just click, launch and talk. As simple as that. All you need is:
- A computer (with a camera), a Tablet (Apple or Android) or a Smartphone (Apple or Android) – most of us have at least one of these nowadays
- A good and stable internet connection (WiFi or at least 4G)
- A quiet and private place (it can be your home, your bedroom, your office or anywhere else you will be comfortable in)
It's Private & Secure
- Private Access: a unique and private URL/link (and a private password) will be provided to you by email, SMS or WhatsApp to join each F2F-Video Session - you'll just need to click and launch
- Access Control: for added security we ensure only you and your counsellor access and enter your F2F-Video Session. Nobody else can.
- Encryption: the content of each F2F-Video Session is encrypted using 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) – it's basically the same level of encryption used by banks
- No Recording: to protect your privacy we never audio/video-record any of our F2F-Video Session (unless we have your explicit consent)
Private Face-to-Face Physical (F2F-Physical) Sessions
Available On a Case-by-Case Basis. Higher Fees May Apply.
If you prefer physically meeting your counsellor, in person, we also offer Private Face-to-Face Physical (F2F) Counselling Sessions.
In this case, we want to be make it as convenient and easy for you (in terms of transportation and time management). We will discuss and agree with you on a convenient (yet private and safe) place for you to meet your counsellor: it could be next to your home, next to your workplace or next to the area you will be in at the time of your Counselling Session. For this, we work with multiple private meeting facilities located in office buildings and even shopping malls (for example we can access private and all-enclosed meeting booths).
However please take note that our fees may be higher for Private F2F-Physical Counselling Sessions (compared to our Private F2F-Video Counselling Sessions). Your counsellor will be able to share these with you.
